It was really enlightening to chat with to you on Friday and I am absolutely sure that many people  can benefit from this wonderful service you provide. You clearly have found where your energy lies and your enthusiasm is infectious. Thank you for devoting so much of your  precious  time to me an also providing me with huge back up support… Yesterday I took a walk in the forest and it was gorgeous – the air is different 😊. This morning – breathing – albeit for less than 5 minutes it’s  a start. Thank you again.
